Just as human creativity emerges from the interplay of mood, energy, and focus, GENESIS's behaviors are not hardcoded โ they emerge from the dynamic interaction of four core state variables. Each behavior has a unique "recipe" of state thresholds.
The flow state emerges when high energy and high curiosity converge with low frustration.
Flow state in GENESIS occurs when: Energy > 7 AND Curiosity > 7 AND Frustration < 4. This mirrors human flow states described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi โ the sweet spot between challenge and skill, where productivity and creativity peak. The visualization shows concentric rings that pulse faster as flow potential increases.
